At One World Immigration Consulting Services we see hundreds of people each year and provide an in-depth analysis of each case during our consultations. Our approach to  case evaluations are unique to ensure we collect as much relevant information as possible in order to provide our clients with affordable, effective and lasting solutions.

Information gathering for assessing your needs starts with our questionnaires and include request for additional information/documentation before or during your consultation. It is a mandatory requirement from the body that regulates Consultants that we obtain copy of your government issued photo ID before we meet or provide you with consultation.  We cannot meet with someone without knowing their identity and as a result we request for copy of your

  • Driver’s license
  • Passport
  • Citizenship card
  • Birth certificate card

During your initial consultation, you may expect a preliminary review of issues and documents. Should you desire written legal opinions, additional fees will apply. Once we have scheduled an appointment, an e-mail confirmation will be sent to you for both e-mail inquiry clients and phone-in inquiry clients.

Please note that the consultation is specific to only one matter and additional fees apply to discuss further matters. There is no defined length of time for the consultation, but it will not exceed one hour. Please book your consultation now

Cancellations/Consultation Policy

If you are unable to attend your consultation on the scheduled date and time, please provide us with at least 48 hours notice of cancellation. If we receive at least 48 hours notice of cancellation, you are able to reschedule your appointment within 7 days. If you do not reschedule your appointment in 7 days, or if you do not provide us with 48 hours notice of cancellation, we will be unable to guarantee that we can reschedule your consultation and you will not be issued a refund.
