The SINP Entrepreneur Program offers you and your family the opportunity to establish, acquire or partner in a business in Saskatchewan and be actively involved in its management.
The updated Entrepreneur Category is open to new candidates. Candidates interested in owning and actively operating a business are now invited to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) using the new online EOI system.
Prospective immigrants will indicate their interest in operating a business and living in Saskatchewan by providing required information about their entrepreneurial experience, assets, and Business Establishment Plan (BEP), among other factors. The EOI is not an application.
Prospective immigrants who meet the minimum entry eligibility criteria will be accepted into the EOI candidate pool. Once submitted, EOIs are scored and ranked using the Points Grid.

The SINP can grant skilled workers who want to live and work in Saskatchewan nomination certificate. The minimum required SINP criteria and factors that will help applicants settle successfully in Saskatchewan, including education, skilled work experience, and English or French Language ability.
An International Skilled Worker EOI is a pre-application process which allows candidates to fill in an online form to indicate their interest in applying to the SINP and demonstrate their qualifications. Not all candidates who submit an International Skilled Worker EOI will be invited to apply to the SINP since priority are to those with highest scores.
The Occupations In-Demand (OID) and Express Entry (EE) program sub-streams are for individuals who have education and work experience in a high-skilled and in-demand occupation. Eligible occupations for the OID and EE program sub-streams are high-skilled occupations in the National Occupational Classification (NOC) Matrix levels, with the exception of the ineligible occupations listed in the SINP Excluded Occupation List below.
