Mr. Igbokwe is a licensed/regulated member in good standing of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC ID#: R412255) and a commissioner for Oaths granted by the ministère de la justice Québec with worldwide jurisdiction. He is a member of Canadian Association of Professional Immigration Consultants (CAPIC) and was Past Presidents/chair Council, having served as the President of CAPIC from 2016-2019 and National Director & chair of Education and Training Committee, vice chair of Policy & Lobbying and Governance & Nomination Committees of CAPIC. He was the National Secretary from 2009 to 2013 & 2015-2016 and actively served the profession by participating at National stakeholders meeting for over a decade. Mr. Igbokwe is the President of One World Immigration Consulting Services (OWICS), div. of George Donaldson & Associates Inc. and founding President of African Canadian Cultural Council Foundation (A3CF). As a Canadian and an experienced immigrant, he has helped many applicants from all over the world to successfully come to Canada by way of permanent and temporary immigration.
